I was going to buy a pair of Bose headphones Morden London 14/08 16.00hrs I asked the staff if they could switch on the active noise cancelling (anc) they didn’t know what it was they were rather unhelpful with surly attitude I see they are getting rid off a lot of stock dvd etc I don’t see a Buisiness model like this competing with eBay etc surviving it’s a shame because social interaction can be a positive pleasant experience in shops but when it’s so bad like cex I look forward to the stores closing which I can imagine they all will in the next few years if not sooner.
Don’t worry staff you can always go and work at kfc people will always have to eat.

Terrible customer service. I’ve recently brought some stuff to sell (for vouchers). Next day you just ditched me saying ther’re faulty but you couldn’t provide a valid reason. You didn’t call me or anything saying you don’t do this. ( But they usually do in other branches ) If you don’t want to work just tell me and don’t waste customers and your time.
I came to another cex branch and tehy took and test everything and gave me vouchers. They even did call me same day, duh, same hour even. For the same stuff you said were faulty and I knew those weren’t.

Had a great experience at CEX Morden on Saturday!! Walked in to gander the cameras with no intention to buy yet. Ended up walking out with my first camera and have 2 weeks to return if I feel its not for me. Got a lens and memory card too from them, was well advised on how to get the best out of the product by Nicholas, Peter and another young lad I didnt catch the name of. PLUS FREE CAMERA AND LENS BAGS!! (They were clearing out) Great staff, efficient team and I’ll be back if I need more advise. Thanks guys!!
