Biggest scam artists going, I brought in some galaxy buds pro to sell a while ago and I left them for appraisal, and there verdict was the case had a scratch which was a lie as even under a microscope there was zero scratches as they where virtually new but then they claimed serial numbers didn’t match even though I purchased them in argos and because the print on the case and buds are so small you can’t see with the naked eye it did confuse me and I didn’t except there paltry offer!! Got home and inspected them myself properly and the numbers matched up perfectly!!
Avoid if you need money as they lowball, scam and lie.
P.s I know the names and faces of the scam artists still working there.

I bought a pair of wireless headphones from them. One of the 2 was faulty as the battery could not charge due to not be well connected to it’s charging magnet.
I took it back they said they fixed it. I told then that idlf it was charged it will show a light flashing. However because I was already hanging 30 minutes for the to fix it, I didn’t have time to argue my point.
So yeah I lost PS22 they lost a costumer.

Did not honour the warranty on a faulty laptop and so we needed to exercise consumer rights to force them to do the right thing which they also refused to respect. It’s still ongoing months later we’re now going via dispute with credit card cover, and in the mean time we have a laptop that’s hardly useable. Lost a local customer for life. Planned on buying another two laptops, will shop elsewhere.
