Absolute disgrace!
Brought google pixel fold phone one month ago for PS700. The centre screen is no longer working. Took into Tamworth store as 24 month warranty. Guy said will test it and as obviously faulty you can have refund, replace or repair. Left it with them, was back after 20 mins with lots of scratches on it that were not there before. Said oh just on protector, well no it was on the actual screen. They then said in the fold was ‘accidental damage” so nothing they could do. I said what do you mean accidental damage? They replied oh must have shut the phone too hard. Utter rubbish. Said if not happy to contact customer services. There is no phone number just a stupid form that you can’t even pick ‘complaint’ for a reason on there. Absolute scammers. Their 24 month warranty is utter rubbish. They get out of it saying accidental damage. How do they explain all the scratches THEY left on the phone after ‘testing’. PS700 for one months phone use. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Will take this matter forward.
UPDATE…had reply from Rahul Customer Service…saying any physical, accidental or water damage would void warranty….there has been none….it just stopped working!!
Also, they take upmost care of products when testing and would not benefit them to damage them. WELL THEY DID! I am not a liar.They want photos of the phone now which is not a problem but also want photos of the phone before took to the store.

Went to trade in a iPhone, iPad and a laptop.
Spent an hour there while they figured out what I was trading in to be told that they have to do checks. Which I expected.
Told to come back in two hours.
Came back to be told all have failed.
All the reasons was a complete lie.
They iPad has a slight gap on case (that would let water in) it was only valued at PS8 ffs.

iPhone had another secret code after the passcode and the Apple ID password. That don’t even exist.
Laptop was in safe mode so they couldn’t check it, it wasn’t in safe mode and even if it was could of been turned off within 30 seconds. Sounds like the truth was that they couldn’t be bothered to check them and wasted our afternoon. Never stepping in that shambles of a shop again
I visited the shop for the first time today to browse for new Switch games. The lady at the counter was very helpful. She advised me with suitable games after checking my experience, equipment and what I enjoyed playing the most as I am a beginner. A big thank you for your good customer service
