Super helpful and friendly staff.

You can get yourself a really nice deal.

The staff really helped me with the purchase and manager was excellent in customer service.

You can check their stock online too .make sure you know if it’s in stock before visiting to safe yourself time and efforts. I also recommend trade in against vouchers if you are thinking to buy anytime from their product range.

The vouchers are valid for 1000 years (yes you read it right) it’s just a number they tell you it’s basically valid for life.

Do keep your vouchers safely so that you don’t loose them. I really believe it’s a great way to sell your unwanted electronics for something you wish for can be a new game for your Playstation or computer upgrade you were planing to get.

After been asked to pay PS40 for a dirty marked PS4 controller, I asked for alternatives and I was sold a giotek controller that wouldn’t work. When returning I was offended at the offer to take my ps in to setup the controller, that being an insult to myself as I’ve been gaming for 25 years and know how to set up a basic controller, the problem was, my playstation didn’t recognise it as a device. I was then bombarded with accusations of not listening when I had made myself very clear on the situation, I was then told I could only TRADE in the device I had bought only 3 days prior and in the exact same condition I bought it rather than do a refund. The situation was resolved after much arguing with the staff, but the staff I dealt with was unprofessional, rude, confrontational and accused me of being a liar. Will not be using the Burton branch again.

Had a fantastic experience with the very helpful people at CEX in Burton. I had major problems with my old phone and needed a new one to get through to the end of my phone contract (as they didn’t help). The staff were so helpful and so understanding of the issues, they first tried to help with my old phone and when the phone was officially declared bricked they helped me pick out a new one, charged it up, helped me with what to do.really great people thank you so so much!
