I bought a game for the Xbox 360 a few day ago from the Leicester branch but when I took it home, I found it didn’t work. Today I was supposed to see a friend in Melton Mowbray so thought I’d go and get my game exchanged for another copy; after all, they proudly state on the receipt that all products have a warranty. But when I showed the member of staff, he looked at the disc and just said “They wouldn’t sell you a game in this condition”. I’d advise you to think hard before spending any more than a pound or two. There’s a reason why this shop is cheap. I’d have been better off spending my money on a couple of lottery tickets as I’d have had more chance of getting something for my money. And this one star isn’t because there’s any redeeming features. I’ve been forced to give this because Google won’t allow zero star ratings. P.S. I’ve now saved some money on buying a coaster for my coffee table.

To be honest don’t go here if u just want to be sold games that give u corrupted data I brought need for speed heat ps4 and I got home as soon as I put it in it came up with corrupted data so I tried again same thing tried again and again and again and it doesn’t want to work because it’s CORRUPTED so I’m going to take it back tomorrow DONT GO HERE IS U WANA KEEP UR CONSOLE FINE AND CORRUPTED DATA FREE

Went in to sell some electronics staff were rude and unhelpful. I asked if they could make space to put it on the cluttered counter they told me to put it on the floor. When I began getting the equipment out of the box just got rude unhelpful comments. Ended up walking out. Would much rather sell on ebay even if I don’t make as much.
