Couldn’t be happier! I ordered this phone online and the only reason how I know it came from this store is because there was only one left in stock! Upon arrival, I could feel through the packaging that the phone was boxed. The phone itself was immaculate and came with manuals, unused earphones and the charger. This should have been classed as an A grade. There’s no cosmetic damage. I ordered this as a spare phone, also so I didn’t lose my google movies and music. Also it works better with my Google Home, aswell as using an O2 SIM I had lying around and my 64GB MicroSD.

Got a quote online to trade in some old tech, the amount offered online was around 430 quid. Now I understand that this price is subject to change when the items have been checked over, BUT, the amount they offered me went right down to 203 quid! Saying there was damage on some items, (that was not there when I dropped them off so must of happened in store after I dropped them off)
Absolutely joke. Would not recommend trading in anything here.

The staff is excellent, helpful and kind. They all helped me and were patient with me. Here I bought my first high-end phone in my life. The device works perfectly, flawless.
