Sold me broken and filthy electronics. I bought a Xbox controller for PS42. When I got home the bumpers were broken meaning I had to make the hour long journey back to return this item. When I returned I found out the item had not been tested in the first place. They also required a lot of information for me to return the item which they did not need when I bought when I asked why they needed this info they said “incase you sold it which I know you haven’t because I sold it to you earlier” I then had to wait 15-20 minutes before I could get my receipt so they knew the broken controller was in fact broken

Avoid this organisation as their estimated value for items to be sold are a complete fabrication and they don’t communicate with you. I dropped off several items and heard nothing forvtwo days having been told that I would have the money transferred after testing in two hours. The items were in perfect working order but apparently “failed” their tests so now they were offering PS49 instead of the PS155 I was advised – despite one of the items already being priced up at PS90 for resale. A complete waste of time as other people have said.
