Took a freeview box in to sell which required testing which was absolutely fine. I was told an hour and it would be done. An hour and a half of waiting later I was told they needed an aerial cable for them to test it properly.

Each time I asked the ‘testing guy’ was stood chatting with a colleague and had to be prompted by his colleagues to actually test things.

Can’t say I’m overjoyed with being messed around and then told after waiting for longer than they said that a product that requires an aerial needs an aerial cable which they don’t have and haven’t tested. Nearly two hours wasted.

This is my local CeX store and it’s great it has plenty of DVDs available from children’s to adults can be difficult to find the DVD you are looking for as they are scattered around. There is an okay selection of mobile phones but not the best. The store itself is clean with no cases on the floor and there is always a member of staff on the floor asking if you need help which is great

Possibly the nicest CEX I have ever been into, the member of staff was very pleasant, professional and efficient. She helped us with our trade-ins, updated our account details and informed us of the full bank transfer process.
Also the store did not have the usual ‘CEX Smell’ of Body Odour, Monster Energy and Weed so that’s a win.
