About 60% of the store was all electronic parts and undesirable junk, which is anywhere but the back of the store. But the back of the store is mostly filled with Region 2 DVDs and modern video games that are poorly organised. Don’t come at me with an automated response saying “oh no it’s not my fault, blame the customers for messing up my store”, actually see the picture below this review and see for yourself.
The remaining stock are the rare and older even retro games out there, where most of the retro games are in the cabinet, which is fair enough, put them in the cabinet, but CeX put their games in the cabinet and give it to you once you buy the game because otherwise people steal the games.
The older games are either like in too poor of a condition or cartridge only making it significantly lose value, making them overpriced. And the rest are either undesirable or overpriced.
When I left the store, I walked out disappointed, to where the staff didn’t even say goodbye to me at all. I don’t think they even greeted me when I was more happy in the store.
To flee. Better off walking the extra 6 minutes to another CeX I hope to enter but would have no choice but to endorse it for the London CBD.
Having read reviews prior to my visit, it became evident that I am not alone in facing problems with the store’s staff. Multiple complaints about rude behavior have been raised, and it appears that the owner’s response has been inadequate. I strongly believe that CEX headquarters needs to implement staff re-training or introduce mystery shopping to ensure a better customer experience.
Upon my visit, I observed the same issues that others have complained about, and I am dismayed by the lack of accountability demonstrated by the manager. In my formal email to HQ, I will be outlining the specific incidents and expressing my concern about the overall state of customer service at this location.
I hope that CEX takes these concerns seriously and considers implementing measures to improve staff behavior and customer satisfaction.

not only she was not there but the service just came back as usual me buying lots of stuff from you without needing someone to be rude with me, with me not being rude.

The girl probably is not working there anymore and the usual incredible staff is there to support me as always in all my work. I’ll have to put 4 stars for a while just because of the treatment I’ve been having.

Rudely treated after thousands of pounds spent there. Won’t come at this location anymore. The girl treated me terribly
