I visited the store on 26th May to claim the warranty of my faulty watch. I had been told that It need warranty check and its not possible today because store is closing in 30 min. I visited again after two days , there were two queues, one for sell and other was buy. I spoke to the manager that I need to discuss about my watch warranty. He asked to wait in selling queues, which was longer than buy but he rudely said wait there… anyways at the end they told me that they will Replance my watch and I will get same watch in 2 days through courier. It’s now 6th day gone but no idea about my watch. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Been in and out of CeX over the years but over the past year the quality control over the games has become very poor resulting in me purchasing a game and taking it back the next day because it doesn’t work. I’m not a computer tech or involved in the latest tech, just a normal guy who wants to relax on his days off but instead has to go back to the store to return the game purchased, spending more money on fuel and parking.
4th game over the past year, 3 I’ve had to return. 2 from the Manchester branch and 1 from the Oldham branch. Not happy.

Rude Staff and a stupidly done queueing system that had me queuing 3 times just to get a voucher for an obvious return of a faulty phone. I dont care what your policies are, if they are complete rubbish they dont work. Having someone wait around for 2 hours to return a faulty item is out of order. Your policies and attitude trickle down to the staff which are in turn rude to the staff. Broken company that needs disbanding away from that 1 81 year old Woman that owns more than 75% for Tax reasons. Dont bother replying.
