I liked visiting CEX in Swansgate Shopping Centre, Wellingborough as while it is on the smaller side, it’s actually got better technology equipment here than the bigger shops. I like to look for camera related items and they’ve been really good with looking for compatible equipment for me. I’ve purchased chargers from here before too for my mobile phone and they are always good priced. I like that they are transparent about the products I’m buying, you can see this through the barcode to see the grades which I appreciate.

The store was compact but packed with a good selection of pre-loved tech. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I was considering a memory SSD. They patiently explained the technical details and answered all my questions. I also appreciated the clear explanation of their returns policy. The friendly atmosphere and helpful service made the shopping experience enjoyable.
Definitely worth a visit!

Great experience today. I bought a Nintendo Switch 2 days ago and when I got home and tried to connect it to the TV it had a AC error code. Took it back in today and the staff were so helpful! Tested it for 30 minutes and confirmed there was a fault. Then very easily swapped it over for me for a brand new one. Very impressed with the service provided.
