Make sure you read the small print..
I bought a iPad from this company, got it home only to find out it was broken. So I took it straight back to the shop where I was informed that it was tested before it was sold , obviously untrue because it would have turned on when I got it home.so obviously I then asked for refund as I had only purchased it a hour before.. I was then informed that it needed to be tested before they could refund my money.. the excuse being it had gone out of the shop door and the fact that it was only a hour since I left the shop made no difference it still had to be tested before my refund could be given.. and it might even need to be sent away for testing
But they agreed to testing it in the shop and found out that I was right and the iPad was indeed broken..so after a lot of time wasted hanging around the town waiting for it to be tested I got my refund.. . my advice is test your purchase before you leave the counter or like me you might regret it .. and remember they say they test everything they sell before it leaves the shop..

Pretty awful experience to be honest. Purchased an SSD online and I brought it to this store to return it as I had been sent the wrong item due to an incorrect image on the website. Took them about 10 minutes to process the refund. Also didn’t seem to care about the incorrect product listing and only after persisting did they write down the item code and report it.
I brought in PS300 worth of stuff via drop and go and got paid PS99 claiming the rest of broken. The cpu they put it in the test pc wrong and claimed it was already like that (it wasn’t) and the Xbox one they claimed it didn’t read discs but the only thing it needed was an update and reads discs perfectly fine.
