Abysmal customer service from this store today. Was prepared to pay hundreds of pounds for an iPhone and they couldn’t even be bothered to turn it on to find out what the battery health was. Decided to take my money elsewhere to another shop.
Only one chap behind me in the queue and he waited ages to be served, even though there were 4 of them behind the counter not serving anyone , not one of them acknowledged him. They seriously need to up their game.

Amazing bargains to be had if you are lucky. Worth regularly checking out as you too will see that must have at a used, affordable price at some time too.
In my case I was looking for a rare USB charge lead for an old MP3 player. For the same price as a new lead alone I found the very same MP3 player complete with lead!
Result!
It was like getting a spare player for free!!
Decent shop and staff are great but items they are buying can’t get checked, had to go back four times with a Nintendo ds game to keep swapping it until we got one that worked, the last time we took our ds to test it so if possible do this or ask them to test it before you leave.
