The miserable attitude staff marked my brand new trade from an A down to a B Grade just because of a PS3 type c cable so I lost out on PS14 and they all kept on saying it’s all down to head office!
This is a loss if rubbish as it’s down to the staff assessing it in the store..
Needless to say I took my stuff and left.
With staff attitude as bad as this they need to shut down terrible experience.

As someone who still likes physical media like DVDs and Blu Ray, I always pop into Cex to see what they have. They are one of the few places you can still get newish releases. Sometimes they have films that are still out in the cinema. Well worth checking out.
Amazing store and staff, really clean inside and staff were helpful and fair.
I was able to purchase an item via click & collect.
Item was listed as B grade but the condition was great looked pristine not a single scratch on it.
