Ok so i bought an xbox from bath ad it wouldnt load games, so i bought one from broadmead, they told me bring the other on in and they can take it back, ok cool, they never told me they dont do refunds just give u a voucher! If i want to sell it to them i can for PS20 but i just paid PS70 so i went for the voucher, bought 4 games and a pair of in ear wireless ear phones, only 1 game worked, so far the pods are ok. What a huge pain in the rear, their returns policy sucks, staff are rude and just want to do the bare minimum, a monkey could do that job seriously, probz do a better job, if i wasnt for the voucher needing to be spent i would defo never shop at any cex store again.

The customer service in this shop is absolutely disgusting. The supervisor has no manners and the way he treated customers while the shop was full at people is a disgrace. Why buy or sell in a shop where they can’t talk to people in a decent maybe even in a friendly manner! To talk under their breath and make it clear they can’t be bothered says a lot. We walked out of the shop and they will definitely not have our business.

@CEX maybe send them on a basic customer service course and your clientele might increase.

I have used this shop for numerous of purchases over the past years and i am very happy with them.

The only small problem i have with them is sometimes when you leave your item for testing when coming back to quickly get your payment back (even if it is an online payment or a refund) you have to wait to the long Buy/Sell queue and there isn’t a specified fast desk for Returns/or Item tested area.
