The pre sales webpage and pre service online was dreadful..purchase something click and collect. and then get told I have 48 hour countdown from when they email me to collect the order. Who on earth decided it’s ok to give a time limit for customers for an item they have already paid for. Especially at this time of year. And there is no phone number to call the store..and U have to put any questions through the webpage and wait for a reply at 1.45 am each morning from jerks simply tell U the rules. Who is replying at 1.45am?? Re U serious

I strongly DO recommend waiting and simply going into Bankstown for any questions or purchases..honestly don’t waste your time on the website. Or with their customer service. They are pathetic

Today I bought a controller & a cable after I can’t find what I’m looking for in EB Games. Customer service was okay except the receipt I received it was shown a full Chinese name I don’t know if this was intentional or an accident, but please do not mistake a customer just because you see an Asian person it doesn’t mean they’re all Chinese. I’m actually a Vietnamese person. Also the lady that was serving me & helping me, her drink bottle fell & something fell from her desk. Maybe this is a sign of how your going to treat your future customers maybe be more friendly. Other than that my experience was ok both controller & cable is working. I would like to rate 5 stars because I think the staff are really nice, friendly and polite. Meredith always smiles, and seems like enjoying her job, she is very cool and there is that guy who is wearing a mask all the time (but he was not wearing one today (Sus)). He is also cool but not Meredith cool. JK. Is it difficult to find the shop? Yes. Is all the walking worth it? DEFINITELY. So, if you wanna get rid of your gaming and tech stuff for quick cash, that’s the place. Thanks Meredith and the Mask dude . Cheers. .
