Came here first to buy a second hand PS4 knowing about the 24 warranty fee. The PS4 fans were EXTREMELY LOUD and it overheated and shutdown after an hour gameplay. They “tested” it for 20 minutes and said it was fine and the fans are “like this”. They didnt allow a REFUND though and said instead we had to get a voucher to buy ANOTHER ITEM in that store. We bought a phone from there only because of a voucher and came home to find applications not working and when we returned it they said instead of giving another voucher we will get a new one. The new one came after a week and the S-Pen of the phone was severely damaged but the applications were working. Currently we are going to return this with pathetic item and SO MUCH STRESS has been caused from this one store. If you are trying to go cheap for items I would HIGHLY recommend to just first hand buy the item and AVOID THIS STORE. They are nice lads with a stupid policy making us return to them more than 5 times. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. YOU ARE BETTER OF GOING TO FB MARKETPLACE OR GUMTREE.

Poor customer service. I went there to buy a laptop for my son as his birthday present. I told the staff that I want a laptop that my son wants this for his school homework and use online learning platforms. The staff misguided me and pitched me Mac Pro which I bought only on his recommendation. Now when I came back home, my son was unable to download anything due to Apple’s restrictions. Today I went to the store to return the laptop and get my money back as I was feeling cheated and my son’s birthday present was spoiled. Staff are s rude and try to intimidate.
