Ok so I am changing my review after the manager from the shop posted a reply assuming I have no knowledge of how the business works I am fully aware of how the business works having been in and out of it for 25 years your prices how always been not the best for buying but as a plus to that your trade in and cash offers have been good you do have a good choice of items and your warranty is the best I have seen don’t take this as me attacking the shop as I always pop in when I have time to waste or am selling for cash or trade

Probably only one of the few stores left in Bishop Auckland worth checking out.

Good selection of games and movies almost always for a good price but the tech prices can be largely hit or miss.

On the subject of tech, I respectfully tell everyone to sell on eBay. I was declined selling a PS4 here because it was “too loud”. No, I do not jest. Tried it myself afterwards, it was not loud, but what do I know…

That been said, staff are usually always helpful and friendly and always get served fast.

Good for games but I would avoid buying any tech in store as you can get more choice online with much better customer rights than you would going here. Music magpie have a very good returns policy.

In my experience the staff in store did not handle my complaint very well. This is why I have left unhappy. A complaint handled well is a customer gained.
