went to trade in a graphics card I bought off the same store a year later as I was looking for an upgrade. refused to buy it as there was a slight bend in the bracket which was there when I first purchased it off them a year ago. seem 100% happy to sell it to me in the first place then tell me there’s nothing they or I can do as they refused to buy it back. made it out to be my fault for not checking it and bringing it in when I first bought the card, when its literally their job as a company to check and make sure all pre owned items are up to scratch. after this news I went straight to the Bournemouth town center store where they had no issue at all and bought it back no problem. Castle point is staffed with ignorant know it all’s with poor customer service

Nicky took his time to make sure all my questions were answered and was happy to give me time to think while doing further research for me.
After I had to go out to make a phonecall on my return I was then helped by Tristan. He was equally as helpful and aldo helped me with additions to my purchase.
I will have no hesitation in returning to this store for any further purchases I need.

Never buying electronics from the store again. Bought a steam deck used it 5 times before it was collecting dust. After 5 months I decided to sell it. Apparently the charge port wasn’t in a fit state. Shocked as that’s how they sold it to me. Couldn’t return it as they said it was a fault I caused. Barely used it so it wasn’t myself. Shocking never again.
