The movie was ready for collection as promised; but they didn’t give it to me because of a problem in their system and told to come back later.
Every store faces these systematical problems, it is normal, but they create a solution to handle it and solve the problem without causing a trouble for the customer. Sending the customer back is not a solution. Horrible experience…
The manager in this store should be ashamed but clearly if staff like this are tolerated then the manager themselves must have very low standards.
I cannot recommend enough that you purchase elsewhere.
Considering they are going to sell them for a pound I’m very angry as the taxi up there was 20 quid. Therefore I feel that the selling price should be at least 50p considering some of them where brand new and sealed. Until things change I won’t be returning. However Isaac was very nice.
