Not a good place to sell. Had loads of old games. But cex swansea won’t take at least 80% of my stuff because there were to scratched. I looked at the games there were mint. There was the odd finger print. Then just to test. I take them to another cex the next day. And wow they take the games no question. But the best part about cex in swansea is. I used my small voucher to Buy a a gamecube game. So I check the disc. AND IT HAD SCRATCHES ON IT. THEY SAY OH SORRY. ILL PUT IT IN THE DISC CLEANER NOW. THE POINT IS WHY COULDN’T YOU JUST RUN A FEW OF MY GAMES IN THE CLEANER. SAME AS A GAME DISC ALL 1S AND 0S
NO DIFFERENCE. I CAN SAFLEY SAY I WILL NEVER BE RETUNING TO SWANSEA CEX.

Is ok. A lot of the stuff is ok in terms of Blu-rays, dvd, games etc. anything else of value in the cabinet’s are generally dirty. Wanted to sell my phone and they made me take off the screen protector but because it had an EU charger in the box they would not take it. Instead of putting back in the box they wrapped an elastic band around the box and left the phone on the outside scratching the screen as it was sitting on the shelf screen side down. The manager did nothing but shrug his shoulder, look at me then walked away. Now I cannot get more than PS20 for a phone that is valued at PS100 due to the scratches.

I took my Apple Watch to sell as I don’t have an iPhone anymore. They needed to test my Watch even know I went at 9 In the morning and was told it’d be 1.5 hours so I went to Costa. Apparently the staff said that the sensors didn’t work on the watch anymore. I paired it with my brother’s iPhone and guess what. The sensors worked. Lying staff, not coming back to Cex Swansea #scammers
