Terrible. The staff in this cex are so unfriendly and do not explain anything. Had to wait 20 mins in the queue and the boy we saw didn’t even apologise. The staff could use a great deal of training in manners, politeness and customer service. All the staff in there also seem like they just don’t want to be there, mumbling every word and not engaging with the customer. I feel very disappointed by the customer service displayed in this shop , as I have been to the Exeter Cex which is fantastic and they are always willing to help. Whereas this one I feel as though the staff couldn’t give less of a s***.
Also one member of staff told us a higher quote for an item we brought in. Came back to collect the exchange and gave us half the money . Because he told us the wrong price initially. Which of course was very disappointing.
Customer service really needs to be improved. Will probably not be returning, and will look elsewhere in the future

Cex revolutioned the way a lot of people shop for Technology… Tablets, phones, computers, headphones, games consoles…and not forgetting the walls of Blu ray/dvds/games.

Phones, computers etc are checked and data wiped when they get their stock in.

I have bought many used items from them and the service is great. You get a 2year warranty!! And the only item I had problems with they ran a test to confirm the issue, and straight away looked for an upgrade to my purchased tablet. The preferred item was in London but the guys got to organising it’s carriage to the Taunton store.

They care about their customers which is great… And keeps customers returning like myself!

I’ve Bought Too Much Stuff To Be Able To List So I’ll Just Put Todays Pic LOL.

But Seriously, The Prices Are Online Or On The App, Don’t Give Them Grief About The Prices They Don’t Decide Them It’s A Nationwide Company And Where Else Can You Buy Stuff With A 2 Year Warranty 2nd Hand ?
