A great way to keep tech and media out of landfill and enable reuse. Staff here are thoroughly professional. On this visit I was taking in a phone that had ceased to work properly, a few months after buying it. After giving the phone a thorough technical inspection, the two year warranty was honoured with no quibbling. And that gives me the confidence to continue to use CeX when I’m buying secondhand tech
Came in yesterday to trade in my laptop, and all was well but I had forgotten my ID, so I came back today with the ID and laptop and now they won’t accept it because of a “crack” on the plastic I couldn’t see even if I tried (I don’t need glasses or anything I have perfect vision)
Massive waste of my time. Don’t tell me I can sell it if I cant. Disappointed
Nice little cex has the usual deals and not so good deals in place. This store is smaller than the main stores you fi d on yhe highsteets but it has good stock level and like all cex stores good and bad/baffling pricing on items, worth a look if you are after any pysical media and in the area.
