The staff was amicable and helpful from day one, even with my bad French, the guy at the counter didn’t mind explaining what needed to be done until I fully understood.

They have repaired my device and it hasn’t cracked so I can say they have done a good job with it.

Now, I don’t think I could come back nor I would recommend their services to anyone. Their time management is one of the worst I’ve seen. I was told I was going to be called in no longer than 14 days once my device was ready.

After 3 weeks I called them up to be told that in fact it was going to take another two weeks given that they were getting something from china. So now we are looking at 5 weeks.

The story continued pretty much with me calling them multiple times and going to the shop in person at least 2 times for almost 5 months.

I finally got it last week after I called them, because they didn’t call me, they say they did but they didn’t. Even call them once to be told that they tried calling me to tell me they were ready just to find out that in fact, it wasn’t me so again, they weren’t ready yet .

They are quite disorganised, even the quotation given to me was different from what I ended up paying. After all I think either the guy or the the lady mistook when telling me the price given that I wrote everything down. But I won’t get into that.

Even tho I was never given an apology or a simple sorry from their side, they seem like nice genuine people who can fix your device for the right price (write everything down and check it with them) but won’t happen in a timely manner and without some confusion from both sides.

As for the device, some beats headphones, I haven’t used them as much since I had to buy new ones after giving up on them. At this point, even if they are perfect and not breaking down anytime soon, it won’t really matter because they won’t get to be used.

That being said, if you have unlimited time and patience, go for it, although perfect but late, means nothing.

Le magasin m’ indique qu ils ont l’habitude de reparer les machines a cafe Jura. Je precise que la machine coute 2500EUR neuf et du coup je veux etre sur de leur serieux et competence. Pas de souci me dit le vendeur….je decide donc de deposer la machine mi decembre 2023 pour diagonsitic et reparation.
Apres plusieurs coup de fil chaque semaine le diagnostic m’est enfin presente mi Mars – 3 mois de delai !!!!! Etant totalement insatisfait de la demarche, je decide de refuser la reparation et recuperer la machine. Trois semaines supplementaires sont necessaires pour remonter et faire << rapatrier >> la machine au magasin.
Cette semaine – Mardi 16 Avril, je passe au magasin et je recupere la machine dans un etat de grasse incroyable. Le vendeur me propose de la nettoyer sur le champ. – Non ca ira, merci.
En y regardant de plus pret la plaque mettalique a l arriere de la machine est manquante. Le vendeur me repond – on va verifier et vous repassez demain mercredi. A ce jour, pas de rappel.
Tres mauvais service, aucun suivi. Je deconseille fortement ce magasin.

I had dropped my phone in the sea in Marseille. Initially, my phone was fine, it stayed on, but once the battery died it wouldn’t allow me to charge it and when I was able to charge it the battery would die very quickly. Once I arrived in Lyon it had been about 5 days since falling in the sea. Even after placing it in a bowl of rice I was still having the same issues. They had my phone for 24 hours with the possibility of up to 48 hours and had to replace the battery as well as the charging port. It had been working great ever since. Thanks so much! The price was reasonable and far cheaper than replacing my phone. Also, side peek the one of the guys spoke some English too.
