I needed a new battery for my iPhone X and I went to jump.ca and they said they needed to send my phone away to replace the battery and I would have had no phone for a week. Then I discovered Chatters’ Den as I was walking by on my way home. I went in and asked if they could replace the battery in my phone. They had a battery in stock and within an hour I had a new battery in my phone and I was very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend them for cellular needs.

However, I did stop by their store when I was looking to purchase a couple iPads for my son and I. While they were able to previously help me with my phone battery they were not able to help me with a tablet. At first I looked at their used tablets and I must say their prices were not competitive with other shops on their used tablets. One tablet I looked at that you guys were selling used for $70 Walmart was selling the same tablet brand new for $70. So naturally I did not purchase a used tablet. I ended up deciding on a brand new iPad 10 for my son and a brand new iPad Pro 10″ for myself. I checked with your store first but unfortunately your store did not have any in stock. I ended up purchasing the brand new iPads from Amazon with next day shipping. If your store had the new iPads in stock I would have purchased them from you since I was happy with your previous service. Just thought you should know that you missed out on $2000 worth of business due to lack of inventory. Anyways regardless that you didn’t have this in stock I will still check with your store first before others for any future electronics needs! Hopefully you will have stock of whatever I’m looking for. If you had the iPads in stock I would have given you 5 stars instead of 4 stars.

Anyone looking for help with cell or computer service check with these guys first. I highly recommend their friendly and knowledgeable service. I also prefer to shop with local companies if they can help me and these guys are local. Support our community!

I went to change the battery for a Samsung and I was told that I have one month warranty. After a week, I went back to tell them that battery doesn’t last too long, it didn’t look like it was replaced with a new one, they said I get my money back. I had to leave the phone for 2 hours, went back and charged me $22.50 for labor. The labor wasn’t mention when I left the phone. At the end I am with the old battery and $22 less in my pocket.

I was so grateful to have found Chatters Den to fix my Macbook laptop (a huge part of my entrepreneur life!) in under 24 hours! They beat every other quote I called around Saskatoon for, AND replaced my screen in under a day where other places quoted 5-7 business days. Friendly & knowledgable staff. Excellent prices.
