Really disgusted with this place. Bought a new laptop screen for university which was $400, a lot of money for someone at uni. Within 3 months (right before my exams) the screen went completely black. Went in and conveyed the urgency of the problem, they laughed in my face and said the screen had a crack (which it didn’t, I’ve never taken the laptop of my desk or used it for anything other than typing). The lowest they could do is $390 to fix, clearly a poor quality laptop screen. That’s $790 over 3 months I’d be spending. Of course I don’t have that money and when I got upset because this is my life- university exams that I now have no notes to study for, he laughed while telling his co-worker I was crying – right in front of me.
Seriously disappointed. Do not go here. Bad service, very bad quality product.

I had a wonderful experience with Sam on two occasions. His service was great! More importantly he was helpful and honest. Thanks Sam for fixing my mobile!
On a separate occasion, it was a different story – the gentleman whom I left my phone with for fixing quoted me one price, and when my phone was ready to pick up, he quoted me something different which was more than the original quote. He said that the original quote was an estimate but he didn’t mention this at any point when I dropped off my mobile, so I felt mislead. I was also informed that my phone will be examined within 2-3 days and I would receive a call, however I had to chase it up and then follow up at the one week mark, and then again when I was approaching 2 weeks.
All in all, it is a bit of hit and miss and it depends on who is working on the day.

I had an issue with my MacBook after spilling water on it. The laptop stopped working, with only flashing lines appearing on the screen. I took it to Cheap Mobile Repair Newtown, and they managed to fix it perfectly. My laptop is now working flawlessly. I’m extremely happy with the service and would recommend them 100%. I’ll definitely return if I need any future assistance. Thanks for the help!
