Excellent service!

I needed to recover some data from an external hard drive that had become corrupted. I’m pretty adept at data recovery but was unable to rescue the files using the software on my computer. I was using Recuvera and a few other programs.

I brought the external hard drive to Cheltenham Computer Services on a Friday morning. I explained that the main thing was to rescue the data. Restoring the actual hard drive so it could be used again was secondary.

They immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me a solution.The business is run by an experienced IT professional who operates out of his residence. He has worked in IT for large public-sector organisations in the past. I felt confident knowing that my data was in the hands of a guy who knew what he was doing.

On Saturday, I got a text telling me that the files had been recovered and the external hard drive could be used again. I collected the files first thing on Sunday morning.

I was charged PS50 for this service.

Collected my crashed PC within an hour of reaching out. Had it collected, repaired and returned within a few hours. Very friendly and helpful. Great value. Was able to pay by card from home. Professional, slick service. No complaints at all.

Left on behalf of Blueberry Systems. Contacted David regarding a dead laptop and he said to drop it off so he could take a look at it. After investigating he confirmed the laptop wasn’t economically repairable. Great service!
