I have a Samsung s6 and the battery needed replacing, I google searched this shop and got my phone repaired. He was happy to take my money and did it fast. That was last summer, about 8ish months later my phone started to experience battery issues, below 50% the phone would unexpectedly loose complete power. This was something that didn’t happen when I chose to get my phone battery replaced. I didn’t think much of it till I saw that my phone was now budging. The battery pack had doubled in size and popped the back of the phone off! I saw this and new it was bad so contacted Tony and told him what had happened and if it was covered under any warrantee .i got a reply from him saying if it was a battery it was only covered by a 3month warranty. I checked his site and saw that he had stated that ‘all’ repairs taken out by himself was garneted by 12 months. I messaged him about it and he stated it didn’t mean batteries and no one would do that. I sent him a screen grab of his site stating 12 month guarantee without any exceptions. He still didn’t honour his website statement and denied batteries being under that guaranty. He also stated that on his site it never says he repairs batteries and that he needed to change his wording of his site. I then went on the site and sent him a screen grab of him saying that he repairs batteries. I then sent him an email stating how disappointed I was about the whole situation and how he didn’t offer anything in regards to discount or a free replacement to honour his statement on his site. I then said I would give a honest review of the situation. Tony then said he would give me a half price battery replacement. Im guessing he has changed the wording on his site to cover himself. I went to a Chesham high street shop and got my battery replaced for PS5 more that Tony and offered a 6month warranty. He also fixed another issue on my phone for free and showed that the battery he put in my phone was official battery and what tony had put In was a fake and was dangerous because it had expanded (I have phone evidence of this). It was a bad cheap battery. This is very worrying. If this had caused me or my daughter who has used my phone physical damage in anyway, I wouldn’t be writing a bad google review but taking action that I felt was very needed needed !!!

Needed a new screen for an I phone, replaced screen but locked phone on 8 hour maximum setting, in addition phone was frozen on 7 hour 45. He assured me the phone would be available to unlock in 5 hours, when questioned gave nosensical answers about the internet being the issue and that’s why date and time were incorrect ( they were clearly correct ). Phone has not unlocked and after viewing basic youtube instructional videos it is clear it never would following his advice. Very poor service

Had a problem with the charging port on my iPhone. Knew it wasn’t a big problem to fix; but the sort of issue that the Apple Store would charge a lot of money to fix and would probably mean losing my phone for a few days.

Dropped Tony a line on his website, he was very prompt at getting back to me. Dropped the phone off in the afternoon, ninety minutes later the job was done and cost PS40.
