Beware… The company you are dealing with is based in Birmingham, using a chesterfield telephone number. We rang up, quoted roughly PS150, the TV was collected, then a quote given which was nowhere near but we went with it anyway.

The TV came back with different faults than to start with, & also looking quite scruffy so we rejected it.

It then came back after a 2nd repair, again looking very tatty- but to be fair, the original fault now fixed.

Everything appeared to be his ‘staff’s fault’ due to poor communication from them.. The ‘nice guy’ the other reviews mention is his driver Mark, who collects & delivers the TV’s, who I concur, is a credit to the business.

Given this experience, along with being a trusted & honest reviewer… Stay clear, put a little bit extra towards & buy a new TV.
