My printer broke so I used this place for printing 3 times:

1) 70p per page for black and white printouts, employee A
2) 50p per page for black and white printouts, employee B
3) 1 pound per page for black and white printouts, employee C

When confronted about the inconsistencies employee A said if I rent a PC then I would pay 3 pounds to rent it plus the printing fee. Seems to me like employee A is making up prices and probably pocketing the extra change.

I am all for supporting local business, in particular in times like these when everybody is struggling, but I will never use this service again.

Went to fix my iPhone 6s as loud speaker was not working. Apple store said it was going to be so expensive I was better off buying a new one (of course they did), Dawit in City Cyber fixed it in a couple of hours (whilst I watched) for about PS40. Could definitely tell he knew what he was doing. Working perfectly now and I know exactly what was wrong. Also, service was kind and good. No-brainer, would go there again.

David fixed our mini iPad at the best price in Oxford.Fixed in 2 hours.We have left another iPad because the service and price were both excellent.Recently re-opened .Will be taking all our devices here from now on.
