We were Keith’s clients back in the beginning when he had his shop upstairs at the Town Theatre. He always gave us great service. We saw that Rent-A-Geek had sold so we assumed Keith no longer was in town. We tried other computer service stores but the service was nothing like Keith had offered. When our computer had an issue the other day, I saw there was a Click-A-Geek so thought why not call them. Imagine my joyful surprise…relief actually…when KEITH answered the phone. He even remembered us from way back when. He quickly solved the issue in less than 15 minutes and gave us confidence that our computer was back in working order. He was patient as always and is great at communicating and he really knows his stuff. Keith, so glad we found you again!

I was very impressed with the service, professionalism, and demeanour of Click-a-Geek representative Keith. He replaced our office router and got all our new connections set up quickly and efficiently. He cheerfully worked with me and coached me through the technical side of things so that I was educated on what was being done and how. He made several straightforward (and cost-effective) suggestions to improve connection speed, security, and signal strength (things that our previous tech didn’t ever bring up). And he spoke to me in plain language, not tech-speak, which was a nice change from our previous tech. I will definitely use Click-a-Geek again.
