I do not normally leave reviews on google, but for this place its an exception, AVIOD AT ALL COSTS, We took a ipad in there that needed its front screen changed, as it was cracked, we was told 1 day, i went back next day to collect to find my sons ipad sitting on counter behind untouched with further damage, i asked to look at my sons ipad which i was told it was not mine, after saying ill put the code in then he agreed it was mine and showed me the front, they had broke the led on the screen, i was then told they will fix it free of charge and be done within a few days, few days of calling no one answers, finally got a response it was at there warehouse and basically they do not no when it will be fixed, so i asked they put it all back together ill collect next day and they can refund my deposit, next day my partner goes to collect, my sons ipad it is in bits, screws missing, screen not attached, led fully not working, they refunded us our deposit but refused to put my ipad back to gether again telling me basically he does not no how to and he needs to ring someone that can, this shop has broken my sons ipad it now wont charge, turn on, screws missing etc, they refuse to pay for it or fix it saying its my fault and i never gave them enough time, admitted they do not know what they are doing, and over charging people, iv seen 1 person be charged PS25 to fix a i phone 5 screen another person same phone PS60 to fix….. if i could give a minus i would for this shop it needs closing down, its a rip of and tbh the manager and man that works along side him do not no how to fix things they chance it, iv spoken to people that had phones come back not working properly

Complete joke. Asked for a screen to be replaced, took 5 days to do it (after being told that it can be done the same day). Picked the phone up and it had white streaks all down the screen. Complete cowboys- have not idea what they’re doing. Phone wont turn on at all now! Think the phones rejected the screen (fake parts). DO NOT USE!

Bought a battery 7 months ago for my Mobile and payed top money of PS20. Took it back for a replacement as it had warped and stopped holding a charge and was given massive aggro. Told by the new manager that as it was a consumable the battery wasn’t under any guarantee. Walked out in disgust. Ye ha What a cowboy. Avoid
