Took my MacBook pro in on Thursday around noon with two issues. Left it and got a call late afternoon…they had diagnosed the problem and it would require them to order a part…great. They called late afternoon Monday and said it was fixed and ready for pick up. Got it home and the laptop wouldn’t start….black screen no power. Called them again…said bring it back in. Dropped it off again Tuesday morning and they were super concerned and apologetic. Within an hour or so they had figured out this problem (unrelated to the problem they had previously fixed…this time it was an o/s update that had failed) and fixed it and I picked it up again. It’s working great. I was really impressed with everyone I dealt with and their focus on customer service is great. Love the location and I really like to support a local small business. Thank you to everyone at ClickOn…highly recommend!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Clickon Mac Solutions yesterday, and met Nick – Hands down one of the friendliest people I have ever met under such circumstances.

I initially came in to have my Iphone screen replaced due a faulty installation from a previous store; Upon examining the phone, and not being able to repair the screen, Nick walked me through the options in store for Iphone’s and I ended up with a newer, better, Iphone than I walked in with at a GREAT deal!

100/10 would recommend Clickon Mac Solutions for all your Apple repairs, and product purchases! Nick is awesome if you get to catch him in the store, but everyone I encountered while there was so friendly during my visit!

I brought my 10-year-old Macbook pro after Apple told me that my computer is considered vintage and Apple does not service it. Clickon Mac Solutions have replaced the internal speakers that went bad. In addition, they also reapplied the thermal paste on the CPU and cleaned the screen where the anti-glare coating was worn off in patches for minimal cost. Overall, my experience has been greatly positive, thank you!
