Very poor service, I dropped my laptop of to get the screen fixed. I informed him that I needed it to do invoices for my business, he said it would take about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I didn’t hear anything, then it went into week 3, I tried to contact and left messages but no reply eventually getting a reply to say it would take a bit longer. Then it went to week 4 and I still didn’t get a reply or update that week. At the start of week 5 I eventually got through to him, he said to pick the laptop up and that he couldn’t do anything for me. I couldn’t believe it to be honest, he kept my laptops for over a month and then told me he could do nothing for me.

I have just found something so rare – an honest tradesman (Ok there are quite a few out there.) who not only fixed the problem on my computer but also saved me more money than his service cost! By checking on the subscriptions to services I don’t use and then cancelling them Colin saved me PS435 a year. I’m sure that I’m not the only one who has unused services on their computer but not many of you will do as I did and save yourselves money. I heartily recommend that you contact Clix Computers even if there doesn’t appear to be much wrong with your machine. You could save yourself “loads of money”.
