I transferred my IT support to Coding Tank early in 2020, having used another local IT support supplier since setting up my business.
I transferred from my old supplier based on both price and based on the conversations I had with Bob regarding his service and support; I thought that Bob would be a very safe pair of hands. I am very happy to say that not only have my expectations been met, but they have been exceeded.
Due to the work I do, good IT support is essential for my business. Coding Tank go further than this though and provide me with exceptional support, both from a technical standpoint (Bob certainly knows his stuff) and from a customer service perspective, which has been far beyond what I had experienced before.

Initially I called because the fan in my PC had stopped running, He advised me on this and got it up and running in no time.
