I recently had major problems with my IMAC…. without any appointment I called by to the store at Coffs Harbour and received absolutely brilliant service… all the staff were friendly and courteous…. were really interested in helping to solve the issues I was having and never talked down to me… as so many IT people can do.
The fix took a few days but that was only because they not only fixed the problem itself but also did a major update to the OS,
uploaded the latest Adobe software and then consolidated my 4 individual external HD’s onto a new one and then demonstrated to me that all systems were fully operational.
I will not name those individuals that helped…. they know who they are…. but the bottom line is that I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the team at Coffs Computers to anyone who needs genuine service!

Salesman talked me into buying a refurbished macbook from them. Save a lot of money he said. As good as a new one he said. That’ll be $2,000 he said. The computer completely died within about 2 years. I rang to ask if they could look at it for me as I dont think it is fair or reasonable that something costing that much should break down so quickly. “Pay us and we will look at it for you” he said. I will NEVER be purchasing from them again. Last time they deleted all of my wedding pictures when I took my laptop in for a keyboard repair. When I showed despair they did not care at all. These guys only care about what suits them. They don’t care about their customers. Not sure how they are still in business.
In the middle of multiple university assessments and a week out front Christmas, my partners MacBook Pro decided to not charge anymore. Took it in to Coffs Computers on Tuesday morning. The team had the problem diagnosed and new logic board ordered under warranty by the end of the day. We picked up repaired laptop at 3.00 on Thursday!!
Incredibly happy with the teams efforts. Their customer service at every turn was impeccable and their response time to our ’emergency situation’ was more than we could have hoped for.
