Just wanted to say thank you to you and the team for ensuring that the order for Business Movers Tech did arrive in time for our engineer to be able to install equipment. It got very close with the delivery driver phoning me to say he was here at literally 9.59 but I think he had rearranged his delivery schedule to make it happen, so well done to him as well.
We all make mistakes and errors happen even in the best systems but it is how we deal with those errors that matter and that is what your team did.
