I did get plausible information on what piece of the hardware was probably the root cause and an estimation for repair. Ultimately, I decided against a repair, as the issue is just a small inconvenience (due to having a HDMI port on the same Laptop). Nice and professional experience. Would visit again in case of future issues.

I went to CompIT-Service 2 weeks ago because I spilled water on my MacBook, I was convinced by all the positive reviews this place has received. I can say my decision was correct, the staff was really nice and seemed to me high-qualified. They ordered and installed the original replacement parts faster than expected and now my computer seems to work well.
