I bought my first desktop PC from Completely PC in 2013 and it never failed me. I replaced it recently (January 2024) with all of its peripherals (printer and speakers) at reasonable cost. I’ve received excellent advice, service and customer care from Chris Parkes who owns the business.
He is knowledgeable, very conscientious and aware that his reputation is entirely dependent upon the way in which he looks after his customers. Chris is always polite and friendly when answering queries over the telephone and he is available for home visits to install equipment and to address any technology related issues.
I cannot recommend Completely PC too highly, especially to those who are looking for a no-nonsense, highly personal approach to the sometimes baffling world of home computers.

Plus due to growing business my laptop could not cope with new software so new laptop purchased from Chris, older one updated also, plus Chris helped with teething problems moving and getting everything up and running.
