I have just had an incredibly positive experience with Comp Now. I dealt with Mel and she was so fantastic. She had my son’s computer repaired and returned to me within 48 hours and was incredibly helpful the whole way through. I was in a bit of a state when I arrived with it, being so close to the school term starting, and she calmed me down, assured me it would be all fine and it was – faster than estimated and done under warranty. They went above and beyond. Personal attention is something you just don’t get at the Genius Bar but here I was person, not just a number. CompNow absolutely exceeded my expectations and I will unhesitatingly choose (and recommend) them for any computer needs going forward. Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Sent my Mac in and they fixed it with no trouble at all. During lockdown they’ve had a free courier service that delivered my Mac to and from their repair centre. I’ve also called them a few times during the process and the phone is always answered quickly. Every person I’ve spoken to was friendly, professional and told me exactly what next steps needed to happen and was very clear in their communications. I can’t recommend this place enough. Despite the poor reviews I decided to go here as they had available appointments for the next day. My experience was very positive. The staff on front desk we’re knowledgeable and friendly, it took less than 10 minutes to check in and drop my MacBook off for an in-warranty repair. I was kept up to date with progress through emails and it was ready to pick up after 1 day (despite the quoted 3-5 days turnaround). Very happy with the service here.
