Wonderful as always, I mess up and Mark sorts it out, remotely or personally, he always knows where to look and what to sort, from installation of my outlook and connecting to my business server to my VOIP, so my landline rings on my mobilephone as there are still people who prefer landline numbers. Took my laptop into Compower for a format and update. Really happy with the service i received, the laptop is running like new and the issues I’d been experiencing with the laptop running slowly seem to have been resolved.
