Purchased a laptop from this company and returned it as my partner had already purchased one for me (as a birthday present) and installed everything for me i.e photons, apps, soft work, etc.
The product was brand new and deliveries quickly. I returned the item via insured recorded delivery but DPD delivered it to another location and was unable to illustrate it was delivered. Steve who owns this company was amazing and contacted Amazon to have the item refunded in fully.
Overall, excellent customer service and wish him and his team the best.
Do not buy from this company. They refused a refund of a product that did not work as stated, then claimed it was damaged. They returned the item to me but there was no damaged visible as they claimed. I provided photographic evidence that the damaged they claimed was there, was not. I accused them of conning me due to not giving me a refund as per the Consumer Rights Act and now they have refused to speak further on this so will now need to take legal action against them. They cannot be trusted.
