Went with a broken hinge on my laptop. The repair was done by an associate of the owner who broke the screen and changed it without me informed about this. The laptop was functional (although the camera shutter was missing, again without me being told) for a week and half until the poor nature of the repair showed as the hinge broke down again. I tried contacting the owner through the website but I got an automated email saying he was on annual leave. As the laptop was barely working, I had to send it elsewhere to be fixed (properly this time and for a lot more money). Went back to this store for the refund I was owned as I was told by the owner that I should have directly messaged him on WhatsApp, even though I had been notified (by his website!) he was on annual leave…
Poorest of repair jobs, laptop in a worst state than it was to start with and myself paying for respecting someone’s annual leave in the worst way possible. Complete disappointment.

Fast, friendly, efficient and communicative service.

I brought in my laptop for a screen repair and it was done (confirmed by telephone call) within 24hrs. I also requested a keyboard change, which took longer due to having to order the part, but this was all explained during the initial consultation, as was the estimated price for the repair (which ended up being what I paid).

Shop may not always be open during listed hours (it is an indipendent business with a small number of technicians), but again communication around this was quick and efficient (they can be contacted by WhatsApp if the store is closed – number on the door – and may well come and open for you, as they are probably not far!).

I used the WhatApp number to arrange pickup, but they are also responsive by email (send initial contact request via the website).

I would highly recommend this for anyone in the locality!

I needed to get my power socket replaced and Mostefa ordered my part and was able to do the repair the next day.
