I had an amazing experience with this shop. My laptop wasn’t working, and I found this place on the internet when I was in a panic because my assignment was due the next day. The shop owner, who I presume was the one assisting me, was incredibly helpful and prioritized my issue, fixing my laptop in just two hours. The kind man even lent me his charger as mine was not working, and offered to let me keep it until my new charger arrived.

In my opinion, the pricing is little on the expensive side for diagnostic, but the service charges was fair and support are absolutely worth it. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend this shop.

I arrived at the laptop repair shop around 4 pm, my mouse pad was unresponsive, and my screen was completely black. I got a call within 2 hours telling me what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. By 12pm the next day my laptop was repaired and collected. Excellent service provided the owner of the store was so nice and efficient.
