I have nothing but the highest praise for Mark. I have needed his help twice now, first time to upgrade to windows 10 which was done quickly and fully explained when delivering the computer back to me and again today. I had a problem with my computer accessing the internet, Mark came, took my computer away and delivered it back to me today, totally fixed and backed up!!! For someone like me who panics when my computer doesn’t work he has been amazing. Totally professional, polite and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing things. I 100% recommend him and will be using Mark for all my computer issues from now. Excellent service

Absolutely excellent customer service from Mark here. I called to ask for some advice and book a visit, Mark was able to identify the problem over the phone in 2 minutes, refused to take a payment for the advice, and said that if I wasn’t able to repair it myself with the advice he’s given, then we could book a visit. Did what Mark suggested and replaced my power supply unit, computer’s back up and running smoother than ever. Absolutely stand-out service from Mark, I’ll be giving out his number to anyone who has a PC problem in future.

Mark was brilliant. Really responsive to emails and went above and beyond to offer advice. Mark came over to our home to assess my PC which was super helpful as my set up was part of the issue. I originally thought it was a different problem, and when it turned out to be much simpler I did not feel silly as Mark explained everything really clearly.
