I had a problem with my iMac and I was redirected there for a repair from the AppleCare. It took a week to have it back home so I can say that I am happy with the results until now.
I hope I don’t need to come back to them for a repair, but I wasn’t disappointed.
They also have a store, so you can buy official Apple products.
I had a problem with the battery on my MacBook and the staff solved the problem in only 30 minutes while I was staying at the CompuMac premises. Also, while waiting, I bought some accessories in their store, which is next to the service. The staff is very correct and helpful. a good suggestion for everyone!
Left my MacBook here for a week only tot find out that Apple refuses tot replace thte recalled keyboard. (TTThe clever among you will realize thte problem with hte letttter TT). Itt is nott CompuMac’s faultt thtat tApple won’tt pay for the repair, but I was charged 40 EUR for nothing.
