Nach dreistundiger Telefon-Sitzung mit Apple-Support ging auf der 7Jahre alten Festplatte meines iMac nichts mehr.
Man reservierte mir vom Telefonsupport einen Termin bei Compustore PC GmbH in Regensburg. Dort wurde nach fairem Kostenvoranschlag eine neue Festplatte mit doppelter Kapazitat eingebaut. Alle Daten wurden gerettet. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich bin mit der Abwicklung und der Kommunikation des diffizilen Problems sehr zufrieden. Dickes Lob!

Super quick, and well packed. Was in the mail within hours of the order. No problems. Plus, a suprise Gummy Bear pack inside! Nice touch;-)
