I’d give 10 stars if I could! My Mac died unexpectedly 2 days ago – panic mode! It was time to get a new one anyway but could the old data be retrieved and transferred to a new Mac? I have no clue about computers but, hmmm, it didn’t look good…Mark was absolutely fantastic. Incredibly helpful, friendly, and able to explain things clearly. Wonderful customer service! I’ve now got a new Mac with all the old data and am so pleased I decided to go to compustore. 100% recommendation. Thanks again, Mark!

I have a macbook pro from usa, but I live in Europe so had to use a local add on adapter for my mac charger, which went bust. I did not realize that thinking either my usb c wire or my charger went bust. Joaqim from the shop realized the problem and gave me a free add on apple Europe version for the adapter and it worked perfectly fine. I would highly recommend this shop for their honesty and for understanding customer’s needs. This saved me around 75 euros. Keep up the good work compustore.

I have ordered a MacBook pro with shipping date estimated in 3-4 weeks time. 6.5 weeks down the road they have not delivered the device yet and they have no idea when my computer will be delivered. Totally unclear why they cannot reach out to Apple (or whoever they are ordering MacBooks from) to obtain and provide an updated date of estimated delivery. They just seem to not want to deal with it and are generally not very professional.
