I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at compustore. A few months ago, I took my MacBook Pro 16-inch (late 2019) to this shop because it wouldn’t start. They diagnosed the issue as dust inside the laptop, charged me 69 euros, and assured me it was fixed. However, within a week, the same problem occurred.

When I returned, they took about 40 minutes to inform me that the motherboard was damaged and quoted over 600+ euros for the repair. I was shocked and disappointed, but I needed a functioning laptop, so I ended up purchasing a new MacBook.

Out of curiosity, I later used the new MacBook’s power adapter on my old one, and it started working perfectly again. It was clear that the initial diagnosis was incorrect, and I had been misled into believing my motherboard was damaged.

This misdiagnosis caused me unnecessary stress and financial burden, leading to the purchase of a new laptop that I didn’t need. The experience was incredibly frustrating, and I felt let down by the service at this shop.

I strongly advise others to be cautious and seek a second opinion before proceeding with expensive repairs at this location.

If you want to Buy Apple products buy directly from Apple website to have Apple own guarantee service . The shops like this are managed with some young people that they know nothing about CRM and just consider their own pocket and know nothing about hardware technical issues. I took MacBook for crashes and SSD hard Problem their technical told is is not hardware issue and after 2 week they retuned with a new IOS installed on it but problem still existing , just they wasted time till warranty time expired and next time they brought excuses and not accepted the MacBook . At the Country like Germany this poor service is special .

I couldnt buy an iPhone online so I went to this Store to Ask how it works.The guy there had just opened the store and wasn’t happy to see me ,he just didn’t want to work,he wasn’t helpful at all and wanted just to finsch ASAP the conversation.
Man If you don’t like your job, it’s easy : quit.
