I am an 80 year old lady who consulted Computaplace this morning in great distress as I thought I had lost an 18 page document on my laptop. I was received courteously and my laptop was examined and within a minute or two he had established what I needed to do to reinstate the document. I apologise for not requesting the name of the person who helped me to whom I am most grateful for taking the time to assist me – which to him would have been a most elementary problem. Thank you again for your time and you certainly made my day even though I left in tears, tears of relief.

Martin has supplied me with two desktop PCs, and several peripheral devices, all at very good prices. Contacted Computaplace early afternoon advising of a problem with my desktop unit. Received a house visit within 30 minutes, computer was removed to shop, problem found, new components fitted and unit was back in operation late afternoon.
